Oak Leaf Banquet Hall is a multi-use event center. Both rooms are ideal for
Wedding Ceremonies and
reception in the same area.
Both rooms can be used for business meetings as well as private birthday,
anniversaries and even a Casino Party!
Oak Leaf East Room...
...with Burgundy Chair Covers, our Arch and Candle Posts.
The East Room seats optimally 160 for receptions.
An ideal location for ceremony + reception at same place.
Features a very nice bride prep room.
Oak Leaf West Hall Our
original
room which has been a favorite for wedding receptions for over eight
years.
The West Room holds up to 200, maximum..

Your event shall be tailored to your requirements and priced to fit your budget.
We
allow you to:
• Chose from "Special Value Menus" provided by Oak Leaf Hall.
• Choose our Linen and Centerpieces at a very good price, or
"do your own thing."
• Have both ceremony and reception at the Oak Leaf, if you
wish.
• Have ample set-up time for your personal touches.
• Park free, off street in our parking lot.

• Built-in Dance Floors and Deejay/Band stages.
• Spacious catering set-up rooms.
• We refer to Chair Cover supplier at discounted rate.
• We help you plan--we spend ample time with you to suggest
reliable professionals who offer good value.

Linen and Centerpieces
You may include our linen in the hall rental as an
option.
We also offer the above elegant centerpiece with 12" hurricane and 12"
mirror round on every guest table for $4.50 per table. An
exceptional centerpiece for
less
than the cost of an average one. You may add your decorative
touches
to them.

We have white linen at an economical cost...
We'll help you plan your event....
We furnish
tables and chairs and much of the decoration. We show the
facility Saturdays 12PM–4PM. Call for an appointment at 210-590-4747.
Tables:
The East Room has up to 15-60" round
guest tables, seating 10 per table, plus the head table seating.
The West Room has up
to 24-48" round guest tables , seating 8 per table, plus the head table
seating. We also have cake tables, rectangular head tables,
buffet
tables, etc. You may configure the room various ways, as you wish.
To visit, view in person, and arrange booking:
We will return your call or e-mail
during the week, to let you know if your date is available and to
answer
questions. We show the facilities on Saturdays,
12PM–4PM. You don't have to make an appointment to come
see us during that time,
but
you may wish to call first. To view the rooms during weekdays, please call for to set up an appointment.
When you come by to look at the Oak
Leaf,
we'll give you a list of all the other banquet halls in the area, so
you
can shop around. We'll also give you a complimentary copy of San Antonio Wedding magazine, or the Wedding Guide.

Our location is easy to
find:
From Loop 410 & Nacogdoches, go two miles north on
Nacogdoches--look
for Capitol Cement. We are directly across the street from their
entrance, at the stoplight.

The Oak Leaf generally books 6-12
months
in advance...book early!
(However, if planning a last-minute event, be sure to check with
us for an open date.)
